Cases where the wrong item was shipped or an item was defective at the time it was received, are covered at our expense.
Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date.
Please check the size chart and make sure you choose the right color for your order. We do not offer refunds in cases where the wrong size/color/product were ordered by the client.
